The Barn at Alswick is a versatile venue that caters to both small and large groups, making it an ideal choice for corporate and social events. Accommodating both smaller groups of up to 8 in our intimate meeting spaces, and larger numbers of up to 220 in the main Barn. The Barn at Alswick offers a variety of bright and contemporary, yet characterful rooms to host your corporate and social events in a peaceful rural location. The Barn at Alswick has an experienced Team Building Events company based on site, who can provide an extensive range of entertainments and activities both indoors or outdoors, should you wish to enhance your event further.
Packages include: Tea, Coffee, Biscuits & Fruit throughout. Pastries upon arrival and a working cold buffet lunch. Water & Cordials on the tables and Wi-fi.
Available on request – 55inch TV screen, flip charts & pens, whiteboard, uplighters.
The Dressing Room*
The Dressing Room seats up to 8 people.
Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £32.50 + VAT per person for a half day and £43 + VAT for a full day, with a minimum of 3 people.
Packages include: Tea, Coffee, Biscuits & Fruit throughout. Pastries upon arrival and a working cold buffet lunch. Water & Cordials on the tables and Wi-fi.
The Snug
The Snug is the perfect place to break out for a quiet cup of coffee during the day, or a well-deserved glass of wine after a meeting.

The Barn
For meetings of over 8, as well as larger events of up to 150 seated and 220 standing.
Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £80 + VAT per person between the hours of 9am-5pm
Packages include: Tea, Coffee, Biscuits & Fruit throughout. Pastries upon arrival and a working cold buffet lunch. Water & Cordials on the tables and Wi-fi.
The Barn can also be hired for corporate parties and celebrations. Please email us to discuss the full range of options.
The Stable
For intimate, informal meetings for 2-4 people, and a cosy space for your working lunch.
Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £32.50 + VAT per person for a half day and £43 + VAT per full day.
